What to Bring to Your Appointment

Bring your current glasses or contact lenses, even if they are old, they help us understand your visual history. If you wear lenses, remove them 15–20 minutes before the exam. Avoid heavy screen use just before your appointment for the most accurate measurements.

Automatic Measurement

We begin with an automatic measurement using an autorefractor. It provides a first estimate of your prescription by analysing how light passes through your eye. This step is quick and practical, a starting point that helps guide the manual exam.

Manual Verification

Our optometrists refine each value manually using a phoropter and a digital chart. This eliminates machine errors, checks each eye independently, and evaluates how both eyes work together. We adjust sphere, cylinder and axis to obtain a natural, stable and comfortable result.

Real-life trial
