Destinations and shipping costs

We ship from Bali to the destinations we serve in Indonesia and internationally. Shipping charges apply. Glasses, accessories and contact lenses can be sent to the same destinations.

Preparation and delivery

Allow 1 to 2 working days for preparation, then around 2 to 5 working days in transit within Indonesia or 7 to 14 working days internationally. These times are estimates and exclude production. Customs procedures may extend transit times.

Handmade and personalised frames take around 15 days to make. For a Tailor-Made design, allow around 30 days for design and production. Shipping time is additional.

We may use DHL, JNE or FedEx for our shipments.

Delivery to your hotel or villa in Bali

We can deliver to your hotel or villa in Bali. Send us the address by WhatsApp or email to arrange shipping.

For tracking, an address change or a delivery problem, contact us on WhatsApp or at hello@maisonmata.com with your order number. We will look at the options for your situation.

For servicing, warranty support or an exchange from outside Indonesia, shipping costs are charged separately, subject to your applicable legal rights.
