Adjustments

Do your glasses slip or sit unevenly? We adjust frames free of charge, including those bought elsewhere, so they sit more comfortably on your nose and behind your ears.

Polishing

Polishing can restore the shine to an acetate frame and soften small surface marks. This service is free for the lifetime of your Maison Mata glasses. It is for the frame, not the lenses.

Repairs

Screw and nose pad replacement is free for the lifetime of your Maison Mata glasses. We also assess possible repairs to frames bought elsewhere. Other repairs and parts are quoted before any work begins.

03A keepsake

A Keepsake from Ubud

A pair chosen in Ubud can stay with you long after the trip. Our Handmade frames are made from Italian Mazzucchelli acetate in our Canggu workshop, where we shape and polish their curves and edges by hand.

Each Handmade frame takes around 15 days to produce, excluding delivery. Try the finished pairs in store or choose a model to personalise through its size, acetate colour and engraving.

Our Signature frames are designed by us and assembled in Bali. We use Italian Mazzucchelli acetate for the acetate models, alongside metal and titanium designs. From UV400 sunglasses for Ubud’s temples and rice fields to everyday prescription glasses, our opticians help you choose a pair that feels like you. A useful keepsake from Ubud, with lifetime care to keep you wearing it.
