Maison Mata offers lifetime care for your eyewear in Bali: free adjustments, polishing, and repairs in all our boutiques.

All Maison Mata glasses come with free lifetime service:

  • Adjustments for perfect comfort
  • Frame polishing to restore shine
  • Basic repairs to keep your glasses in excellent condition

A small fee may apply for replacement parts (nose pads, screws, etc.).

    Handling

    Avoid exposing your glasses to high heat and keep them away from chemical products, as both can damage lenses and frames.

    Rinsing

    After wearing your glasses at the beach or pool, rinse them with clean water only, no soap or cleaning agents. Salt, chlorine, and chemicals can damage coatings and corrode metal parts.

    Cleaning

    Use only the microfiber cloth provided, especially for lenses. Avoid using your shirt or other fabrics, as they may cause scratches.

Maison Mata glasses are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects as well as hardware issues such as hinges or screws.

  • If your prescription lenses show a treatment defect caused by a manufacturing issue within 2 years, you are entitled to a one-time free replacement.
  • If your prescription feels uncomfortable, even if the prescription came from another doctor, we will replace the lenses free of charge.

If you feel discomfort, let us know as soon as possible: if after 3 – 4 days there is no improvement, visit us again and we will adjust your lenses immediately.
