The IDR 1,700,000 Gift Voucher can be used for a Signature frame, prescription lenses, chains or accessories, or as credit towards a Handmade frame. The IDR 4,900,000 voucher can be used on any product in store, including Handmade.

They choose what they will actually wear, with our team’s help. A gift with a connection to Bali, and room for their own style.

We welcome the recipient in store, show them the materials and finishes, and help them try different frames. Once they have chosen, we adjust the pair for their fit. The gift includes the time and guidance to find glasses that feel like their own.

Adjustments

Do your glasses slip or sit unevenly? We adjust frames free of charge, including those bought elsewhere, so they sit more comfortably on your nose and behind your ears.

Polishing

Polishing can restore the shine to an acetate frame and soften small surface marks. This service is free for the lifetime of your Maison Mata glasses. It is for the frame, not the lenses.

Repairs

Screw and nose pad replacement is free for the lifetime of your Maison Mata glasses. We also assess possible repairs to frames bought elsewhere. Other repairs and parts are quoted before any work begins.
