Handcrafted to order in our Bali workshop over approximately 15 days, Shindig Black & Yellow brings a vibrant contrast to the iconic 1970s silhouette. Its round lenses, straight bridge and bold acetate temples combine deep black tones with yellow accents, giving the frame a playful yet confident vintage character. Designed for both men and women, it works especially well on oval and square face shapes. The frame is made from Italian Mazzucchelli acetate, chosen for its durability, comfort and rich color definition. The black and yellow combination highlights the thickness and structure of the design, while each pair is carefully shaped and hand-polished for a smooth finish and balanced fit.

Shindig Black & Yellow can be fitted with polarized lenses to reduce glare, custom-tinted lenses developed in-house with anti-reflective coating, blue-light filtering lenses for everyday screen use, or photochromic and prescription lenses prepared by our opticians in Bali. All lenses include UV400 protection, anti-reflective treatment and scratch-resistant coating for daily clarity.

    Each Round Maison Mata frame begins as a flat sheet of Italian acetate, then slowly takes shape in our Bali workshop. Its soft curves demand patience and precision, requiring about two weeks from the first outline to the final polish. You can choose the tint, engraving, or size you prefer. Every frame is hand-finished by our artisans in Canggu.

    Our Round frames are crafted from Mazzucchelli acetate, light, strong, and perfectly balanced. A fine stainless-steel core adds flexibility and comfort, while CR39 or polarized lenses offer full UV protection. Each pair includes a leather case, microfiber cloth, care solution, and small screwdriver, all carefully prepared by hand in Bali.
