Handcrafted in our Bali workshop over approximately 15 days, Tequila Sunrise Purple brings a more expressive tone to the iconic hexagonal silhouette. Its low, elongated shape and bold acetate structure are elevated by a deep purple finish, giving the frame a confident, contemporary character without losing balance. Designed for men and women, it suits oval and square face shapes, adding presence and structure.

Crafted from Italian Mazzucchelli acetate, the purple finish offers rich depth and subtle variations under light. Each frame is shaped, assembled and hand-polished for a smooth, comfortable feel and a refined fit.

Tequila Sunrise Purple can be fitted with polarized lenses to reduce glare, blue-light filtering lenses for everyday comfort, or exclusive tints developed in our Bali workshop. Photochromic and prescription options are also available, prepared by our opticians. All lenses include UV400 protection, anti-reflective treatment and scratch-resistant coating for clear, lasting vision.

    Each Hexagonal Maison Mata frame begins as a flat sheet of Italian acetate before being sculpted by hand in our Bali workshop. Its geometric shape demands precision and patience, taking about two weeks from the first cut to the final polish. You can choose the tint, engraving, or size that fits you best. Every detail is refined by hand in Canggu.

    Our Hexagonal frames are crafted from Mazzucchelli acetate, lightweight, durable, and beautifully balanced. A fine stainless-steel core gives them strength and flexibility. The CR39 or polarized lenses protect from glare and UV rays. Each pair includes a leather case, microfiber cloth, care solution, and small screwdriver, all prepared with care in our Bali workshop.

Over time, yes, salt, sweat, and sunscreen can dull lens coatings.
In Bali, it’s best to rinse your glasses with fresh water daily and wipe them with a microfiber cloth.
