Some products are handmade in our ateliers, others are factory-produced according to our specifications.
Product images are illustrative. Due to screen settings, lighting and handcrafted variation, colors, textures and finishes may differ slightly from what you see online.
Custom-made, prescription, or bespoke products may not be identical to any image shown and are produced specifically for you.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.
Your order is accepted only once Maison Mata confirms it by email and your payment is successfully processed.
Because many of our products are custom-made or prepared specifically for you (lenses, prescriptions, handmade frames), orders cannot always be cancelled or modified after confirmation.

Products purchased from Maison Mata are for personal use only and may not be resold or exported commercially.

Delivery times are estimates only.

Once the order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss and title passes to you.
