- Adjustments for perfect comfort

A small fee may apply for replacement parts (nose pads, screws, etc.).

Your Maison Mata очки are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, including:
✅ Manufacturing defects
✅ Hardware issues (hinges, screws)
Not covered:
❌ Accidental damage
❌ Scratches from daily wear
To claim your warranty, please contact us with your receipt and a photo of the product.
Солнцезащитные очки Policy
- Если оправа ломается в течение 6 месяцев, получите скидку 50% на новую.
- Если солнечные линзы имеют дефект обработки в течение года, мы заменим стандартные линзы бесплатно.
Prescription Линзы Policy
- If your prescription линзы show a treatment defect caused by a manufacturing issue within 2 years, you are entitled to a one-time free replacement.
- If your prescription feels uncomfortable, even if the prescription came from another doctor, we will replace the линзы free of charge.
At Maison Mata, every optical pair must provide perfect comfort.
If you feel discomfort, let us know as soon as possible: if after 3 – 4 days there is no improvement, visit us again and we will adjust your линзы immediately.
⚠️ Note: damage caused by chemicals, heat, or misuse is not covered.
