All Maison Mata glasses come with free lifetime service:
- Adjustments for perfect comfort
- Frame polishing to restore shine
- Basic repairs to keep your glasses in excellent condition
A small fee may apply for replacement parts (nose pads, screws, etc.).
1-Year Warranty
Your Maison Mata glasses are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, including:
✅ Manufacturing defects
✅ Hardware issues (hinges, screws)
Not covered:
❌ Accidental damage
❌ Scratches from daily wear
To claim your warranty, please contact us with your receipt and a photo of the product.
Sunglasses Policy
- If your frame breaks within 6 months, you receive 50% off a new frame.
- If your sun lenses show a treatment defect within one year, we will replace your standard lenses free of charge.
Prescription Lens Policy
- If your prescription lenses show a treatment defect caused by a manufacturing issue within 2 years, you are entitled to a one-time free replacement.
- If your prescription feels uncomfortable, even if the prescription came from another doctor, we will replace the lenses free of charge.
At Maison Mata, every optical pair must provide perfect comfort.
If you feel discomfort, let us know as soon as possible: if after 3 – 4 days there is no improvement, visit us again and we will adjust your lenses immediately.
⚠️ Note: damage caused by chemicals, heat, or misuse is not covered.
Scratches Policy
Scratched lenses (sunglasses or prescription) are not covered.
