Avoid exposing your glasses to high heat and keep them away from chemical products, as both can damage линзы and оправы.

After wearing your glasses at the beach or pool, rinse them with clean water only, no soap or cleaning agents. Salt, chlorine, and chemicals can damage coatings and corrode металл parts.

Use only the microfiber cloth provided, especially for линзы. Avoid using your shirt or other fabrics, as they may cause scratches.

Maison Mata очки are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects as well as hardware issues such as hinges or screws.

- If your prescription линзы show a treatment defect caused by a manufacturing issue within 2 years, you are entitled to a one-time free replacement.
- If your prescription feels uncomfortable, even if the prescription came from another doctor, we will replace the линзы free of charge.
At Maison Mata, every optical pair must provide perfect comfort.
If you feel discomfort, let us know as soon as possible: if after 3 – 4 days there is no improvement, visit us again and we will adjust your линзы immediately.

Our lifetime service also works by post. Wherever you are, our artisans in Canggu will bring your frame back to life, and we cover the return shipping.

Message us
Send a photo of your frame on WhatsApp. Our team tells you what can be done, what it will cost if anything, and shares the workshop address.
STEP 2
Post your frame
Pack it in its case and send it to our Canggu workshop. Outbound shipping is at your expense, and we recommend a tracked service.
STEP 3
We ship it back
5 to 7 working days in the workshop, then your frame travels back to you. Return shipping is on us.
