An international group brings together people with different wardrobes, faces and tastes. A shape one colleague loves may feel too bold for another. Choosing one model for everyone makes that decision before the guests even arrive.
Our format makes choosing part of the reception: guests try on a few pairs, look in the mirrors and ask a colleague what they think. Then each leaves with the pair they chose, rather than the model chosen for the whole group.

Choice changes everything
We bring a Maison Mata eyewear display to your event in Bali, with varied shapes and colours: round, square, cat-eye and aviator styles, tortoiseshell and clearer tones. We plan the selection for your group so guests can compare, ask for advice and find their own pair.
For planning, we generally allow around three frames per guest: about 300 for 100 guests. The selection and quantities are agreed for each event.

Fitting on site
Our opticians attend with adjustment equipment. After a guest chooses a pair, we check its position at the bridge and behind the ears and make suitable adjustments. The fitting adds a personal service to the gift, so it is ready to wear beyond the reception.
Your brand, carried home
The sunglasses carry the Maison Mata name. Cloths can feature your pattern, event name and dates; paper bags can carry both logos. Personalised cases are available on request. Allow about a month for personalised packaging produced in Bali.
Where it works best
The format works for MICE events, incentive trips, conference receptions, gala dinners and hotel VIP or loyalty events. A display, time to choose and opticians on site turn the gift into a moment in the programme, with something guests can take home afterwards.
