  • Quality after-sales service, including free adjustments or minor repairs when needed

Pricing Policy

Retail prices are set and approved by the franchisor to ensure consistency across the network.

Prices may be increased outside Indonesia to compensate for higher rents and labor costs.

Inventory Management

Optimal stock management is essential to ensure product availability:

Orders for frames, accessories, and cases must be placed exclusively with the franchisor

  • Orders for lenses or contact lenses must go through approved suppliers or distributors

  • Inventory must be updated regularly and shared with the franchisor to ensure efficient restocking
