Design of models.
Our glasses come to life in our workshop in Bali. The choice of colors is both exciting and stimulating, the possibilities are endless. We make sure that each lens perfectly matches the chosen color.
Handmade in Canggu.
80 steps, 15 days, 3 artisans
This collection is the opposite of mass production without love. It takes 3 craftsmen, 80 steps and 15 days to make our glasses. His glasses are unique and intended for people of character. It reflects your personality and our know-how
CUT
The faces and branches are cut with a point machine from 3 to 6 mm blocks of cellulose acetate, then the notches are created in the branches.
SANDING
The branches and faces are placed in wood chip barrels for 3 days to obtain a smooth and shiny finish.
FUSION
Metal wires are inserted into the notches, then covered with acetate previously liquefied and compressed under high pressure, reinforcing and stabilizing the glasses. Then, the hinges are inserted hot, still by hand.
SCULPTURE AND MILLING
Each setting undergoes a complex series of steps including cutting, shaping, faceting, notching and bending. Certain techniques such as chiseling or texturing are sometimes used.
POLISHING
This manual polishing process requires up to 10 additional steps to achieve the perfect shine.
ENGRAVING
The name is then engraved, then hand painted in the shop using brushes.
Classics
For this collection, we produce limited quantities of glasses with a timeless design, suitable for all styles and easy to match.
Made from natural materials, our glasses are designed to last over time.
We have three manufacturing circuits, in Germany, China and Italy.
For our frames, we choose exclusively high-end materials and components, from renowned suppliers such as Mazucchelli in Italy, as well as Jinyu and Jimei in China.

Centering and cutting
We adjust the centering of the lenses, check their power, then cut the lenses according to the frame, under the supervision of our optometrist.
Assembling
Inserting the lenses and adjusting them are the final steps in the process.
Manual quality control.
Our team evaluates 20 points, from fit to finish, reworks the polish for our glasses.
The lenses are then checked by a different person for powers and centering.
Once these steps are approved, our glasses are prepared for display.
